Our facilities include a Relaxation Lounge, Spa Boutique, Brow Bar and spacious rooms that are designed to provide a retreat-like spa experience. It is with much enthusiasm and gratitude that we welcome you.

SPA HOURS & RESERVATIONS

We are open 6 day per week with hours varying by season. Please refer to ‘locations and hours’ for our seasonal time schedules. Schedule your spa services online, 24/7 or by phone at 650-591-1498

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES AND FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS

Our highly skilled therapists rely on a busy schedule for a gratifying career. We graciously request a 24 hours notice per hour of services booked to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If we are able to able to fill your vacated spot, we’ll be happy to waive it.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let your therapist know when a product did not meet your expectations.

AT THE END OF YOUR VISIT…

We accept all major credit cards and local personal checks. Have a spa Gift Card? Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. They are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and may not be redeemed for cash.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in any prices or gift cards, and are always appreciated. For cash, we provide gratuity envelopes at the front desk or they can be added to credit card receipts. What’s customary? 15%-20% of services.

Guests will undress in the privacy of their designated treatment room.

ADULT SERENITY

To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 12 are allowed unless they are receiving services and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Massage services are provided to guests under the age of 18 when accompanied by a parent in the treatment room.​

GIVE, RECOGNIZE OR REWARD WITH SPA GIFT CARDS

The perfect gift for any occasion. Spa Gift cards are issued for Spa Dollars to be used toward services or merchandise. Gift cards are treated like cash, they are not replaceable if lost or stolen and may not be redeemed for cash. You can order your gift cards by phone or online here.

The AvantGard E-Gift Card is accepted for services at our Spa, Nail Salon, and boutique purchases in-store. It cannot be used for online transactions. The card has no expiration date, is non-refundable, and requires presentation of the digital number for redemption.
